For the first concert of the new season,
the Corellis return to the Pump Room with a feast of Vivaldi.
'La notte' and 'Tempesta di mare' capture the sounds of the
night and a storm at sea as vividly as anything in the Four
Seasons. Giuliani's delightfully tuneful Notturni provide a
serene antidote to Vivaldi's often tempestuous music.
